The Huntington Place project focused on a five-bedroom property development, where I was responsible for shaping the visual identity and marketing presentation of the home from concept through to final assets.

 

I designed a refined logo for the property and worked on editing architectural floor plans to clearly communicate layout and flow. Alongside this, I collaborated on interior direction, capturing both photography and videography to highlight key design features, materials, and spatial quality.

 

Using drone footage, I documented the exterior and surrounding context of the property to give a complete sense of scale and setting. All of this was brought together in a designed booklet showcasing the development in detail, covering furniture, interior design choices, lighting, and overall aesthetic, to present the property as a cohesive, premium living space.
